Vacancies for our Respite Services
Located beside a working farm in Caerphilly, The Byre offers personalised respite care in a calm and homely setting. Adults staying with us can enjoy therapeutic outdoor experiences, animal care, sensory activities, and meaningful engagement with nature.
The service supports adults aged 18 and over, including people with learning disabilities, autism, complex communication needs, behaviours that challenge, and sensory or emotional support needs.
Supported Living
What we offer
Our supported living services are built around each person’s assessed needs. Whether someone needs light support with daily tasks or 24-hour care for complex behaviours, we create packages that reflect who they are, what they enjoy, and how they want to live.
We support individuals with:
- Learning disabilities and/or autism
- Physical and sensory impairments
- Acquired brain injuries
- Dementia
- Mental health conditions
- Complex behaviours that challenge
- We do not directly provide nursing care, but work in partnership with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.
