How We Ensure Quality Care
We are fully registered with and regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
To maintain high standards and continuous improvement, we carry out regular quality monitoring, including:
- Scheduled service operations reviews
- Six-monthly quality of care reports
- Ongoing feedback from individuals and their families
- Support with advocacy and complaints where needed
Our Responsible Individual and Regional Managers lead these reviews to ensure each person receives the very best care and support.
