Kellis offers long-term residential care for adults aged 18 and over who may have:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism and complex communication needs
  • Behaviours that challenge
  • Emotional, psychological, or sensory support needs

We specialise in bespoke support for people with complex needs, including individuals requiring high levels of support.

Support at Kellis is shaped around each individual’s needs and preferences. We focus on:

How We Ensure Quality Care

We are fully registered with and regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

To maintain high standards and continuous improvement, we carry out regular quality monitoring, including:

  • Monthly progress reviews and internal audits
  • Six-monthly quality of care reports
  • Ongoing feedback from individuals and their families
  • Support with advocacy and complaints where needed

Our Responsible Individual and Regional Managers lead these reviews to ensure each person receives the very best care and support.
