Founded in 2003, Partnership of Care was built on a simple but powerful belief that everyone deserves the right to make their own choices and have access to personalised support that enables them to live life in a way that is meaningful to them. We are committed to helping people build positive, independent lives, with the right level of support tailored to their unique goals and aspirations.

In 2023, we became part of Mysa Care — a wider care organisation that shares our values of connects, empowerment, integrity and inclusivity. Together, we continue to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of the people we support, while staying true to our local roots in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas.
