We are Partnership of Care

Providers of person-centred care in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas for over 20 years.

Founded in 2003, Partnership of Care was built on a simple but powerful belief that everyone deserves the right to make their own choices and have access to personalised support that enables them to live life in a way that is meaningful to them. We are committed to helping people build positive, independent lives, with the right level of support tailored to their unique goals and aspirations.

Now part of Mysa Care

In 2023, we became part of Mysa Care — a wider care organisation that shares our values of connects, empowerment, integrity and inclusivity. Together, we continue to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of the people we support, while staying true to our local roots in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas.

Our Values Guide Everything We Do

We know that no two people are the same, that’s why we never take a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to listen, understand, and build relationships, working closely with each person, their family, and wider support networks to create a plan that truly fits.

We’re committed to creating environments where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to lead the lives they choose.

Our Team and Expertise

Every member of our team is trained, experienced, and passionate about making a real difference. We believe that great care starts with great people — and we’re proud of the warm, committed professionals who bring our values to life every day.

We also proudly offer autism-specific support, using the TEACCH® structured teaching approach where appropriate.

This helps:

  • Reduce anxiety
  • Improve communication
  • Promote independence

Through visual routines, clear structure, and personalised strategies, we create predictable and engaging environments that help autistic individuals thrive.
