Meet Chris, our CEO

Chris Breen is the Chief Executive Officer of Mysa Care and Partnership of Care, providing strategic leadership across both organisations. He joined Mysa Care in January 2022 and continues to lead the group with a strong focus on quality, people, and values-led care.

Chris started his career in the British Army, where he served as an infantry soldier with the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.

In 2007, Chris began working within NHS secure hospitals as a Healthcare Assistant, before moving into private residential and supported living care for young adults with learning disabilities as a Support Worker.

A Vision for People-First, High-Quality Care

From his very first day working in health and social care, Chris knew this was his passion and has since dedicated his career to making positive change within the care sector.

Over the last 10 years, Chris has held senior operational and quality leadership roles with large national providers, with responsibility for services across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, maintaining an excellent quality record throughout.

As CEO, Chris’s vision is to create a specialist care group that truly puts people and quality first.
