Meet Rhian, our Regional Manager for Wales.
Rhian brings over 17 years of experience in health and social care. Her career has focused on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. She began her journey with Partnership of Care as a Support Worker and quickly advanced into leadership roles. For the past 13 years, Rhian has worked in management, demonstrating strong commitment and expertise.
Today, Rhian oversees 10 supported living services across the region. She collaborates closely with managers and frontline teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Her leadership emphasizes person-centred approaches, promoting dignity, empowerment, and wellbeing. Every decision she makes aims to create environments where individuals feel respected, valued, and heard.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Rhian is a qualified Positive Behaviour Management (PBM) trainer. She regularly delivers training in TEACCH and autism strategies. These sessions help teams develop practical skills and confidence, ensuring best practice across all services. By sharing knowledge and encouraging continuous learning, Rhian fosters a culture of improvement and inclusion.
