Meet Sheila, our Business Development Director

Sheila Morgan is the Business Development Director for Mysa Care and Partnership of Care, leading growth and development across both organisations. She joined Mysa Care in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in health and social care.

Sheila has worked in health and social care for over twenty years, starting her career as a Support Worker supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

In 2010, Sheila took on her first Registered Manager position, managing a supported living service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities, autism, and sensory impairments. In 2015, the service was rated Outstanding by CQC — the first supported living service in England to achieve this rating.

Growing Leadership and Positive Impact

Following this success, Sheila went on to hold Registered Manager positions across a number of supported living and residential services, before progressing into a Regional Management role overseeing services across London and the South East.

In 2019, Sheila joined the business development team of a national provider as a Business Development Manager, where she was responsible for organic growth. She later progressed to Head of Acquisitions, overseeing the organisation’s mergers and acquisitions activity.

Sheila joined Mysa Care in 2022 as Business Development Director and is extremely passionate about ensuring people with disabilities receive the highest quality support possible.
